If you have a new puppy, you already know that it’s a lot of work! What is proper socialization? How do you train your puppy to stay in a crate? How do you potty train a puppy? If you consult the internet, the advice is not only overwhelming, but a lot of times it’s just plain wrong. Dog Dynamix offers a Perfect Puppy Program that has been carefully crafted and designed over 18 years of dedicated dog training experience, to help you navigate puppy to adulthood.
Perfect Puppy Board and Train
This is the best puppy training program on offer, as we have developed the program to support puppy owners throughout all of their puppy’s critical development stages. This program combines boarding and training, Doggy Daycare with training, private lessons and group classes to make sure you get the necessary owner education and dog training every step of the way. And more importantly, it stops behavior problems before they start.
Your Puppy Can Learn A Lot Their First Few Months Home
Between 8 weeks and 10 weeks old, we want your puppy to bond with you, and for your relationship to blossom. At 10 weeks old, your puppy is ready to learn foundational skills that set the stage for the rest of their training experience, and sets your expectations for potty training, leash manners, socialization, and basic puppy obedience. We recommend the first phase of our puppy board and train starts at 10 weeks old. Puppies can go home over the weekend (with owner instructions), if you choose! Your first graduation lesson occurs after the first portion of the program so you can implement the training at home.
During the first puppy boarding and training, we focus on proper socialization, crate training, and puppy basic obedience skills. We also expose them to novel sights, sounds, and experiences to build their confidence. A Solid Puppy Training Foundation Makes The Advanced Training More Successful
After the first session of puppy boarding and training, you and your puppy will need to practice your new skills, but they aren’t quite ready mentally or physically for off leash training. During this transition period we provide puppy daycare with a focus on training. We continue to build on the foundation we set and start systematically improving their obedience and checking in with you and how you and your puppy are working together at home.
Once your puppy is developmentally ready, they return for a 3 week board and train that is focused on off leash dog training. We take them on lots of field trips, and continue to build on the foundation we set. We want to make sure they will listen to you in the places you want to take them! Whether your goal is off leash hiking, biking or to SUP with your pup, we provide what you need for that ultimate Colorado Lifestyle. If you are more of a city slicker, don’t discount off leash dog training. Playing ball at the park, leash manners and being able to bring your dog along for those patio lunches and dog-friendly breweries are also all perks of this program.
Not All Puppy Training Is Created Equal
What separates us from other Denver Dog Training? We use a combination of positive reinforcement, and fair consequences that allow dogs to enjoy training and express themselves. We make training fun, while ensuring it is effective! Nobody does field trips like Dog Dynamix. We make sure to take the dogs to different parks, neighborhoods, hiking trails, and more to make sure they will behave appropriately in the spaces you want to take them.
Raising a puppy is a lot of work, but it’s made easier with professional guidance and quality puppy training.
