Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and efficiency for all clients. Cancellations require advance notice, and fees may apply based on timing. During holiday periods, special policies may be in place due to high demand—be sure to review guidelines in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
Our goal is to provide structured, safe, high-quality training while maintaining an organized schedule that prioritizes dogs’ enrichment and progress. The following policies ensure fairness, consistency, and effective results for every client. Efficient systems allow us to spend less time managing logistics and more time training, enriching, and safely handling your dogs!
Boarding reservations require a $200 per dog nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit.
Board and Train programs require a $500 per dog nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit.
Holiday deposits:
• Are nonrefundable
• Are nontransferable
• Will not transfer to future stays
Dog Dynamix is closed to the public and will not check pets in or out on the following holidays:
• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day
• July 4
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
Non-holiday boarding ($200/dog) and board and train deposits ($500/dog) will transfer as store credit for future boarding or board and train program stays if the reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to scheduled Check-In time. Credits expire after 6 months of the originally scheduled reservation.
Must be canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time or will be considered forfeited and deducted from package credits.
Adventure Dog and Day Training programs are designed for consistency and momentum. To achieve optimal results, training should be utilized-
Puppies: 2 – 5 times per week
Dogs over 6 months old: 3–5 times per week.
Unused credits:
• Do not roll over to following months
• Expire after 45 days
• Will not be refunded
Exceptions may be considered only under extreme circumstances such as:
• Acute illness
• Facility closure
• Emergency situations
Extensions must be explicitly approved by Dog Dynamix.
Training results depend on consistent repetitions and structured follow-through. When attendance is inconsistent, outcomes cannot be guaranteed within the intended timeline.
COMMUNICATION & SCHEDULING POLICIES
Please make service requests through the Gingr Client Portal.
We are only able to communicate pickup and drop-off notifications to one household contact per dog.
Clients are responsible for:
• Maintaining accurate contact information in the Gingr App
• Ensuring access to the dog at scheduled pickup times
• Reviewing route notifications sent prior to service days
Adventure Dog Notifications
We send out our route plan at 7:45am for pick ups, and then again in the afternoon for drop offs. In general, our pick up and drop off windows are from 8am to 11am, and from 2pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday, only. You can request a pick up or drop off time, with 48 hours notice, for a $40 fee.
This helps you plan your day and have your dog ready for the bus!
Day Training should be utilized 3-5x per week, and each package of 15 credits expires within 45 days of purchase (unless there are extreme circumstances that cause this to not be possible, such as acute illness, facility closure, or emergency). Unused credits will not roll over to following months unless explicitly agreed upon by Dog Dynamix. This is done so that dogs get the best training possible, on the agreed upon timeline. Results cannot be achieved if consistent training repetitions do not occur.
