Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and efficiency for all clients. Cancellations require advance notice, and fees may apply based on timing. During holiday periods, special policies may be in place due to high demand—be sure to review guidelines in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

Canceling Your Dog's Training Program, Boarding Stay, or Day Train/Care

Holiday Periods

Boarding reservations require a $200 (per dog) nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit. Board and train programs require a $500 (per dog) nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit. These deposits will not transfer for future stays or be returned to a credit card. Dog Dynamix is closed to the public on the following Holidays and will not Check-In or Check-Out Pets on these days:

  • New Years Eve

  • New Years Day

  • July 4

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day

Non-Holiday Periods

Non-holiday boarding ($200/dog) and board and train deposits ($500/dog) will transfer as store credit for future boarding or board and train program stays if the reservation is canceled 72 hours prior to scheduled Check-In time.

Day Camp and Day Train Days

Must be canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time or will be considered forfeited and deducted from package credits.

Group Practice Classes and Day Camps

Must be canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time or will be considered forfeited and deducted from package credits. Repeat offenders will lose the ability to schedule practice classes and Day Camps in advance and will be required to call or email the morning of to sign up, space permitting.

Group Practice Classes and Day Camps

Day Training should be utilized 3-5x per week, and each package of 15 credits expires within 30 days of purchase (unless there are extreme circumstances that cause this to not be possible, such as acute illness, facility closure, or emergency). Unused credits will not roll over to following months unless explicitly agreed upon by Dog Dynamix. This is done so that dogs get the best training possible, on the agreed upon timeline. Results cannot be achieved if consistent training repetitions do not occur.
